What do you get to do in this HR Intern position?
Partner with Global Supply Chain (GSC) HR Leadership for North America (NAM)
Get exposure to the end-to-end HR generalist role, work with cutting edge HR technology while building an understanding of leading Industry Practices within the HR field
Drive Strategic HR Projects and Operations, including:
Onboarding Program Development & Standardization for Hourly/ Shop Floor Employees
New Hire Employee Experience
Exposure to Employee Relations, guiding through new programs and policies
People analytics: Reporting attendance, attrition, learning, disciplines, and engagement. Data validation
Creating Job aids and conducting training to diverse teams
Providing recommendations to improve site level data through dashboard improvement, identifying data gaps, etc.
Other projects as assigned

Self-Driven/Results Oriented
Well-versed in project management
Strong working knowledge of PC applications (Windows, Excel, Word, Planner, etc)
