Job Summary: As a Membership Consultant, you will be responsible for generating leads and converting them into members for our On-Demand Personal Training and Personal Training Academy services. You will also be responsible for building relationships with corporate clients to establish partnerships and expand our reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting outreach and generating leads through various channels including online, referrals, and networking events
- Providing exceptional customer service to potential and current members, answering questions and providing information about our services
- Conducting sales calls and virtual consultations to convert leads into members
- Building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, identifying their needs, and proposing tailored solutions
- Keeping up to date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Meeting sales targets and KPIs set by the company
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development or customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Passion for health and fitness is a plus
