KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Scheduling and coordination of meetings, travel, and events
• Prepare conference rooms, ensuring they are clean and set up for upcoming meeting
• Prepare necessary documents prior to company meetings
• Manage inventory of office supplies and organization of storage areas
• Additional responsibilities such as copying and scanning documents, ordering meals, and preparing slide decks

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have 2-5 years in an office environment
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Powerpoint, and Word
• Experience with Executive-level calendering a plus
• Experience with events coordination a plus
• Ability to work onsite 5 days a week, with the possibility of working evenings and weekends for events as
