If you are self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented, you may be a good fit for our remote Reservationist position. Our Reservationists work remotely to arrange transportation, accommodations, and entertainment for business and leisure travelers after first assessing their needs and desires. Promoting travel packages on behalf of cruise lines, resorts, and specialty tour guides is one of many strategies we use to build clientele and boost sales. When you join our company, you may choose to specialize by type of travel or by destination.

The main responsibility of a Reservationist is to book all aspects of travel for clients, from airline tickets to cruise, hotel and car rental reservations, and more. The job involves other details such as handling deposits and payments, so it is important to be detail oriented and maintain organized confidential client files. Reservationists also assist clients in making sure all documents and requirements are in order before their trip. This can include assisting with visas or Covid testing where necessary.

Requirements

• Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism or Sales experience is a plus
  

• A desire to grow upon industry knowledge is essential
  

• Organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
  

• A passion for travel is encouraged and beneficial
  

• Excels with minimal supervision in a remote environment
  

• Ability to set goals and develop achievable timelines
  

• Fluency in multiple languages is a bonus
