Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote Qatar Foundation's initiatives and programs. 2. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, including social media posts, blogs, press releases, and promotional materials. 3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, target audience preferences, and competitor activities. 4. Support the coordination and implementation of marketing events including conferences, seminars, and exhibitions. 5. Manage social media platforms, monitor engagement, and generate creative ideas to enhance brand presence. 6. Assist in the creation and distribution of electronic and print marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to corporate guidelines. 7. Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and provide actionable insights. 8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers content writers, and external agencies, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives. 9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, marketing techniques, and emerging technologies to contribute innovative ideas and strategies. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2. Energetic and dedicated personality traits, with a passion for marketing and promoting educational initiatives. 3. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail. 4. Demonstrated ability to think creatively, analyze data, and provide innovative solutions. 5. Proficiency in utilizing social media platforms, content management systems, and marketing analytics tools. 6. Familiarity with basic design principles and graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, is a plus. 7. Excellent time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 8. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting. 9. Strong organizational and project management skills
