- Shall repair and maintain mechanical, electrical equipment and miscellaneous electro-mechanical systems.
- Shall perform a variety of duties related to trouble call/troubleshooting, corrective maintenance, P.M., within the assigned timeframe.
- Shall perform minor maintenance of interior and exterior surfaces of the building, including locksmithing and door maintenance.
- Shall be responsible for all DMLSS/DML-ES database sustainment functions.
- Shall provide Work Request, for facility modifications, Facility Enhancements, or work requiring coordination with other base agencies (safety, fire department, etc.), as applicable.
- Shall perform minor repairs and conduct routine maintenance.
- Shall maintain and periodically test ventilation systems serving special medical spaces (Isolation Rooms, Operating Rooms, and Sterile Rooms) as needed to ensure that the air changes, pressure relationships, temperatures and the relative humidity prescribed by UFCare maintained.
- Enters work orders and works closely with production control clerks to track work orders and inspections using the CE NexGen IT (Tririga) program.
- Plans, reviews, and assists in the training programs for subordinates. Directly responsible for personal self-improvement and continued education.
- Responsible for maintaining a comprehensive, flexible, and properly documented training program.
- Responsible for precise execution of company time reporting procedures and accurate completion of timesheet.
- Performs other duties as assigned in accordance with contractual, functional, and mission requirements.
