- To work under supervision of a lawyer in the provision of legal services by the Legal dept
- Facilitating the preparation and completion of commercial agreements
- Drafting simple form agreements, drafting simple form corporate resolutions and other corporate documents
- Administering company compliance in respect of QatarEnergy and its managed subsidiaries
- Administering legal filings certification of documents, administering trademarks and domain names
- Conducting research, coordinating and attending meetings
