We are looking for an junior accounts specialist who has basic accounting knowledge with Tally prime.

What will you do:
This position is responsible for managing & administration of the company Payroll workings and ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly Payroll activities.
Overall responsibility for payroll compliance.
Manage certain time bound processes and ensure validation of data to be accurate and truthful i.e., PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF, Labor Law Compliance.
Responsible for Wages state compliance i.e., Return Filing, UAN updating, etc
Responsible for Leave Encashment, Gratuity, Maternity and Paternity compliance.
Ensuring timelines are met for all statutory compliance
Representation in Labor department where required.

Educational Requirement:
Graduate / Postgraduate.

Excellent knowledge of Tally Accounting Software is mandatory Should have managed the accounting team of at least 7-10 people Should have worked on the multi-currency and parent and subsidiary structures Knowledge of Financial planning and budgeting is plus Knowledge about Indian Listed Entity Compliance is plus Knowledge of Transition from Tally Accounting to any ERP is Plus
