- Managing the Chairman s Office, company and Business legal requirements
- Advise on commercial contracts across a wide range of sectors (all business sector under the Company's group)
- Advise on and review complex and long-term agreements such as construction agreements, commercial documentation.
- Proactive legal assistance and advice on various legal issues, including but limited to corporate, commercial contracts, dispute resolution, litigation, regulatory, employment, and governance.
- Takes decisive actions on various legal matters and assess contentious and uncontroversial.
