Lead Quality EI Telecoms

• Key Accountabilities:The Onshore Lead Quality E&l & Telecoms is responsible to deliver the implementation of the quality program and activities related to Electrical / Instrumentation and Telecom disciplines. • Coordinate site surveillance and inspection activities to support the execution of the work in accordance with project requirements. • Leads the program for Company surveillance of Contractor and Subcontractor execution of the work associated with electrical and instrument outfitting, including power distribution and control systems. • Verify project quality requirements and inspection & test procedures for the site installation of I&E equipment and materials. • Monitoring and tracking project deficiencies and reporting E&I Telcom quality KPIs to the management team. • Promotes and monitors key processes such as Deficiency Reporting, Specification Deviation Request, Non-conformance Request, Corrective Action Reports, etc. • Application of project specifications, design codes and procedures for the control of production test programs, IEC and ATEX requirements. • Provide technical input the review of Nonconformance, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and monitor rework as required. • Participate in site acceptance test for Vendor packages. • Works in a dynamic team environment that has high expectations for flawless project execution in safety, quality, and schedule performance which requires the incumbent to demonstrate accuracy, initiative, and the ability to multi-task as essential skills.
