Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Pre-Award Customer Contract Reviews
• Contract Drafting wherever Customer requests Baker Hughes to propose the draft Contract looking at the Scope of Work in depth with the Commercial Manager
• Reviewing and maintain an in-depth understanding of the Contract. Assist the Commercial Manager during internal transfer from Commercial to Execution Project team keeping in view full Contract/Risk info of the Project.
• Assistance the project team including Post-Award Contract Manger to administer the Contract whenever required.
