Requirements

• A Bachelors degree in a relevant field
  
• 2-3 years experience in a similar position
  
• 1 year experience in team lead or managerial position
  
• Experience in lead generation and business development
  
• Hands on telephonic sales experience and the ability to demonstrate achievement in this
  
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques and best
  
• Capacity to manage various projects and meet tight
  
• Excellent negotiation and communication
  
• Strong leadership
  
• Ability to analyse data and trends and determine actionable steps
  
• Experience within the ecommerce and or technological industry would be an

Responsibilities

• Develop a robust sales strategy for the company and build on existing structures in place if
  
• Manage and mentor the sales team to optimise their performance and ensure they meet given
  
• Provide guidance and coaching where necessary to the sales

• Direct and coordinate all sales teams
  
• Deal with and manage escalated partner queries from the sales team to ensure a positive partner
