Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Assist and engage in Concept design, Schematic design, Detailed design and Tender design preparation and documentation
• Ability to understand and abide by Owner's requirements and Basis of Design for content and adherence to client's budget
• Assist in coordinating MEP design loads pertaining to water supply, drainage, lighting and irrigation requirements
• Ability to select and implement hardscape materials and plant species
• Good knowledge of local materials and availability, regional construction technology and standards of practice
