Internal Corporate Communication Strategist

We are seeking an Internal Corporate Communication Strategist to join the Corporate Communication Department. As an Internal Corporate Communications Strategist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating tailored and specific internal communication strategies based on the This Company Business Plan. The Internal Corporate Communications Strategist’s primary role is to ensure all internal corporate communication strategies are fully aligned and integrated with the overall Corporate Communication Strategy. You will be accountable for taking projects through the entire life cycle, tracking progress, ensuring delivery to meet schedule, cost and quality objectives. In addition, you will act as a liaison with core business units and subject matter experts to maintain a strategic link to business needs.

The Internal Corporate Communications Strategist will be expected to:

• Develop detailed strategies and implementation plans that ensures involvement of key stakeholders
• Work with internal content creators across the company to assure complete and appropriate resourcing and execution of internal communication projects
• Manage various projects/initiatives to cultivate and enhance relationships with key stakeholders to help augment and coordinate internal communication activities
• Participate in and coordinate issue identification and resolution as well as risk identification and mitigation
