- To guide the business in Information Management (IM) and Information Governance (IG) and the execution of an information management strategy defining good information management practices, processes and requirements for the complete lifecycle management of all organizational information assets (business data, master data, reference data, content, integration and analytics
- Information Management Specialist
- Enterprise Data Strategy -Structure data and create insights by connecting the dots so our clients can improve their performance
- Data Governance Framework Develop data management policies.
- Data Dictionary Data Discovery activities for critical data elements identification and ownership.
- Data lineage and reporting governance data lifecycle management, manage reports inventory and rationalization with data custodians.
- Data quality management program formalizing quality rules and remediation plans, along with data stewards, and reporting to data governance council.
- Data Information Governance Model - Define maturity assessment model
- TO Lead the engagement with CxOs and teams, to define the roadmap on Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation and Complianc e strategies.
