- HSE Management
- Utilising the Worley’s framework to undertake risk assessment of the project through engineering, procurement & construction and develop HSE plans to support each phase of the project.
- Develop HSE standards, systems, and procedures to support the project(s).
- Develop and implement HSE training for the project including orientation, hazard analysis & safety leadership.
- Implement robust contractor management process including pre-selection, orientation, and on-the-ground review of performance (informal & formal)
- Ensure effective hazard & incident management processes are implemented including the use of the Worley’s system.
