ARENGY is an IT-Digital and Cybersecurity Recruitment and Consulting firm operating in the Middle East from UAE. Our customers are the most successful industry leaders executing projects around the globe. We are recruiting an HR Officer for a successful start-upnewly established in Dubai and operating in the Global Blockchain Ecosystem and Cryptocurrency Exchange.

Your mission:

Personnel Management:

  • Personnel Management: Formulate and improve the companys management policy, including employee attendance, leave application, employee handbook, personnel file management, etc.
  • Employee Relationship Management: Assist the management to improve employee satisfaction, build an employee welfare system, and retain outstanding talents
  • Labor cost control: Analyze and summarize the companys labor costs on a quarterly and annual basis, and give suggestions to the management based on local conditions

Recruitment Management:

  • Recruitment Onboarding Process: Assist the branch to establish a clear recruitment, onboarding and offboarding process, draft SOP;
  • Recruitment completion rate: According to the companys recruitment plan, complete the recruitment requirement
  • Talent management: Formulate a backup talent selection mechanism and talent reserve mechanism which is suitable for the company

Performance Management

  • Performance regulation: Formulate and improve job descriptions at all levels and employee performance management systems
  • Performance management: Formulate employee performance appraisal plans, manage appraisal results, conduct positions and salary adjustments based on appraisal results
  • Talent management efficiency: Assist the management to regularly analyze the companys manpower situation

Administration Management:

  • Labor disputes and local legal suggestions: Assist the management in resolving various personnel and labor disputes of the company and assist legal consultation
  • Temporary assignment: Complete other temporary work assigned by the company


Requirements

  • Bachelor of Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Associate CIPD
  • At least 5 years experience in HR, of which at least 3 years in UAE
  • Very good English
  • Chinese is a plus
