Job Description
Black & Grey HR is hiring for a well-established company based in Dubai, UAE. Our client is looking for a passionate HR Personnelwho will be responsible for the recruitment and employee grievance. Other job responsibilities will be as follow
- Recruitment for the roles related to Maintenance and Construction.
- Formulate detailed and specificjob descriptionsthat can drive hiring within the UAE and abroad
- Onboardingnew employees and organizingtraining programs
- Off boardingthe employees (exit interviews), including coordination with PROs, clearance and settlement
- Manage employee retention and employee engagement in the professional environment
- Oversee payroll, employee benefits, claims and reimbursements, deductions and manage payroll within the new WPS system
- Establish skills and pay structures for resource scheduling and job costing
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in HR
- Bachelor s Degree specialized in HR
- Experience in hiring for construction and maintenance specific roles, preferably landscaping
- Must have good communication skills
- Experience with ERP system
