Planning activities and distributing responsibilities to achieve the most efficient operating model.
Managing budgets, analyzing and interpreting financial information, and monitoring sales and profits.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the hotel.
Communicating with customers and working to address complaints and find appropriate solutions.
Dealing with maintenance issues and shortages of labor and equipment.
Collaboration with travel agencies, suppliers, conference implementation officials etc.
Inspect facilities regularly and ensure health and safety standards are in place.
