**Hotel Chef (Indian/FilipinoOnly)** - Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients - Cook food in a timely manner - Delegate tasks to kitchen staff - Ensure appealing plate presentation Monitor food stock and place orders - Check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items - Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area Skills - Visually inspects appearance of all food for proper taste, color combination, and overall presentation to maintain appeal. - Developing the team practically as well as leadership Skills. - Control the food cost to minimize wastage - Rectify arising problems or complaints - Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers - Position will be required to work on different schedules that may include evenings or week-ends. - Hands on operational experience - Keen knowledge of trends, flavors, pricing and presentation. • *Note: Must know how to cook Arabic, Indian and Asian food.** • Hotel experience is required -** • *Salary**: QAR1,500.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
