Key Responsibilities: • Prospecting and Lead Generation: • Identify potential clients and generate leads through research, networking, and outreach. • Utilize various channels, including cold calling, emails, and social media, to reach prospects. • Client Relationship Building: • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients. • Understand client needs, concerns, and objectives to provide tailored solutions. • Product/Service Presentation: • Conduct presentations to showcase the features and benefits of products/services. • Address client inquiries and provide detailed information to facilitate decision-making. • Sales Pitch and Negotiation: • Develop effective sales pitches and negotiate terms to close deals. • Handle objections and concerns raised by clients with professionalism and confidence. • Sales Targets: • Set and achieve sales targets and objectives. • Monitor and report on sales performance against set goals. • Market Research: • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. • Use market insights to identify opportunities and challenges. • Sales Reporting: • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, leads, and conversions. • Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data. • CRM Utilization: • Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage leads, contacts, and sales activities. • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions. • Collaboration with Team: • Collaborate with other sales team members, as well as marketing and support teams. • Share insights and coordinate efforts to maximize overall sales performance. • Customer Feedback: • Gather customer feedback and insights to improve products/services. • Address customer concerns and ensure a positive client experience. • Adherence to Sales Policies: • Adhere to company sales policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements. • Conduct sales activities with integrity and professionalism.
