Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hostess at Solymar Bahrain. The Hostess will be responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, managing reservations and seating arrangements, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for all guests. The Hostess will also be responsible for answering phone calls and assisting with any inquiries or requests.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
• Experience in managing reservations and seating arrangements
• Strong customer service skills
• Proficiency in phone etiquette
• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is desirable
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
