Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for a Hostess at one of the restaurants of Al Abraaj Restaurants Group. The Hostess will be responsible for managing reservations, greeting and seating guests, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining phone etiquette. They will also ensure smooth operations of daily Front of House activities and assist in ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests.

• Experience in managing restaurant reservations
• Effective communication skills
• Proficient in phone etiquette
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints
• A friendly and welcoming demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
