We are currently looking forHead of Recruitment.Candidates who have required qualification and good experience can apply.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Pre-entry guidance, support and processes
  • Manage the process of enrolment and placement (placement tests, IELTS, advice and guidance)
  • Lead and manage Student Pastoral Tutorial Support including the Student Advisory Team
  • The monitoring of student performance and progress
  • The Student Voice and communications
  • Front of house/reception
  • Health, Safety & Wellbeing

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or any related subject, Masters qualification is advantage.
  • 2+ years of work experience in relevantfield.
  • Understanding of student support within an educational institution, its issues and strategies to manage them.
  • Knowledge of student support services within an educational context.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal with people at all levels. Arabic language is advantage.
  • The ability to create innovative ways to communicate and support students.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of using information technology and management systems together with strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven IT skills (Microsoft programs and online resources).
