Head of Key Stage

The successful candidate should have proven leadership experience within an English department, together with the ability to teach English at both Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. Experience of delivering Literature and Language at A Level would be an advantage; the opportunity for AS and A Level teaching is available for candidates with the appropriate subject knowledge and capability.

As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging and well-resourced lessons across all Key Stages, contributing to departmental planning, monitoring and evaluating student achievement, and contributing to the accomplishment of the College’s vision and mission. As the successful candidate, you will oversee all matters relating to the leadership of KS4 English and will be an outstanding role model within both the English department and Doha College as a whole.
