Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily work activities.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
Ensure adherence to project timelines and deadlines.
Monitor the quality of work and enforce safety regulations.
Provide guidance and support to team members.
Report progress and issues to higher management.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflows.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a foreman or in a similar supervisory role.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Knowledge of construction or projectspecific processes.
Ability to interpret blueprints and project specifications.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with safety and quality standards.
Physical fitness for site visits and oversight.
Salary: 2500AED to 3500AED plus Visa Transportation and Allowance Will be Provide.
