Ensure that approved drawings are used on the site. Raising purchase requisitions. Ensure the conformity with all HSE procedures and implementation. Ensure the conformity with all quality procedures and inspection requirements. Allocate works to the charge hands/technicians as applicable. Ensure that workers use the right tools and right drawings. Ensure the work is carried out in the right manner and the work allocated for the day is carried out. Raising work inspection requests after completion of each activity. Planning for activities manpower and material for the next days and delegating works to the lead hands/charge hands. Additional works directed by PM/CM from time to time. Identify the training needs of all technicians reporting to him. Ensure Q-Talk to be conducted for technicians prior to start work at site. Ensure housekeeping in work area. Ensure adequate productivity measure and control of day-to-day activities.
