Job Description
- Actively engage with guests, seeking feedback, and promptly resolving any issues to enhance the overall dining experience and foster positive relationships with customers.
- Oversee all food and beverage operations, guaranteeing the utmost guest satisfaction and maintaining exceptional quality standards.
- Train and manage the food and beverage staff to maintain a high level of service and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety protocols.
- Oversee inventory management, procurement, and vendor relationships, striving for cost-effectiveness and procuring the finest products.
- Actively seek guest feedback and respond promptly to their needs , fostering a culture of exceptional service and guest-centricity.
- Oversee the training and management of the food and beverage team, ensuring they excel in service delivery and follow rigorous hygiene and safety guidelines.
- Foster close collaboration with the culinary team to innovate and refine menus, staying ahead of trends and delivering delightful dining experiences to patrons.
