Fleet Supervisor

Our client is a leading food production company based in Dubai, currently hiring Fleet Supervisor.

What will you do?

• Ensuring that company policies are followed regarding vehicle maintenance, accident prevention, fuel efficiency, and other driving practices
• Maintaining safety standards for drivers, passengers, and pedestrians
• Communicating with dispatch to ensure that drivers have accurate information about their routes
• Conducting regular safety inspections of vehicles to ensure that they are in good working order
• Establishing procedures for employee performance evaluations
• Interviewing and hiring new employees, including performing background checks as needed
• Reviewing safety reports to identify opportunities for improvement
• Training new employees on safety procedures and company policies
• Assigning routes to drivers based on traffic patterns, customer needs, and other factors

What are we looking for?

• Degree in logistics or accounting
• Minimum2 years in a logistics role
• Experience in the transportation industry
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills
• Quantitative ability
• Attention to detail
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Good communication in English, Urdu and basic Arabic
