Job Summary
9 Month Contract
1 Overall Role Purpose
To ensure the efficient timely and accurate input of invoices including registration of receipts and payments
reconciliation of used car sales invoices bank reconciliations VAT reconciliations & accounts payable SOA and
reporting requirements.
2 Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Registers supplier invoices and employee expense claims in EXACT and non-supplier related invoices
in NOLS
Maintains creates and reviews data quality reports for all processes within area of responsibility.
Reviews all vendor invoices and follows up on approval when required.
Registers bank receipts and payments. Prepares bank reconciliation of all bank accounts
Reconciles AP ledgers and supplier SOA
Assists in the monthly/quarterly/semi annual/annual reporting requirements (i.e. ICF ICFR
Shareholder reports)
Assists in the monthly VAT reconciliation process
Assists in the internal and external audit process including ICV review activities
Reconciles used car sales invoices against reciepts
