Job Description
• Proven experience as a Fast Food Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in the fast-food industry. • Strong knowledge of fast-food operations, including inventory management, food safety, and quality control. • Exceptional organizational and project management skills to successfully oversee pre-opening and launch activities. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and lead a diverse team. • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, make sound decisions, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of local regulations and guidelines related to food service operations in Qatar. • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed during the pre-opening and launch phases.
