External Inspection Coordinator

6-8 years’ experience in automobile / vehicle repair / inspection with at least 3 years holding a supervisory role
Provide vehicle registration, reservation, cancellation and report printing services as per customer requirement consistent with department standards
Assist in explaining to the customers the faults marked in the inspection report if required,
Review feedback forms related to complaints and/or suggestion from the customers as per the procedure
Coordinate with Supervisors to fulfill the demand of customers requesting for external inspection in private premises.
Ensure that inspection equipment and tools are maintained in good condition by the inspectors, in order to ensure availability and smooth operations of inspection activities.
Must be able to effectively communicate in English
