Event ExecutiveHostess

We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Event Executive/Restaurant Hostess for our client ,an upscale Nordic cuisine restaurantbased in Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi.

What will you do?

• Greet guests as they arrive and seat them at their tables
• Provide menus and offer recommendations to customers
• Take and manage reservations over the phone and in-person
• Monitor table turnover and manage waitlists
• Manage customer inquiries and complaints, escalating issues to management as needed
  
• Coordinate and plan all aspects of restaurant events, including corporate events, private parties, and special occasions
  
• Attract new clients for events and catering

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 2 years experience in a same role in upscale dining in UAE
• Previous experience as a hostess or in customer service preferred
• MUST be able to speak Scandinavian languages
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong networking and sales skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
