Inviting applications for the role of Director MENA Sales


Responsibilities:
  • Understand MENA risk mitigation & debt collections problem statement and suitably pitch Spocto s product offerings to solve for the problem statement.
  • Create strong relationships with MENA key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels
  • Understand the competitive landscape and market trends
  • Understand and effectively communicate the companys value prop, tech, process and current partnerships
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
  • Maintain sales volume and product mix by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Ability to identify and solve client issues strategically
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams, for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Reporting and analytics
  • Ensure reports and other internal intelligence and insight is provided to the sales and marketing organization
  • Through reporting and analytics, validate the quality of the lead and pipeline data and provide guidance to improve the overall data quality
  • Database management. Create and advertise weekly, monthly and quarterly sales goals and keep C-level executives apprised of the progress
  • Implement a sales training and orientation program to educate new hires as our company grows



Requirements

  • Bachelor s Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration required (MBA preferred)
  • 8 15 years experience in sales management. 8+ years experience in B2B sales in BFSI / Fintech / Credit Bureau / Lending of MENA region.
  • Strong prospecting skills and excellent closing skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in platform sales across Rating Agency, Private Bank and other Financial services.
