- Demonstrated leadership experience in Organisational Design and Change Management

- Expertise in Industrial Relations and Employee Relations matters
- Expertise in at least one specialist sarea of HR - Talent Management, Learning, Reward or Talent Acquisition
- Experience in leading complex projects within business matrix environments
- Growth mindset and focus on continual quality improvement. A curiosity for innovation and best practise in new world of work
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Hospitality & Tourism management or similar field, CIPD or equivalent professional qualification/experience
