Job Description

ITP Media Group (ITP) is one of the largest media companies in the Middle East, with a portfolio of more than 80 brands. These brands include major international and regional names such as Arabian Business, Construction Week Middle East, Oil & Gas Middle East, and Time Out Dubai.

Job Purpose

ITP Media Group is seeking a motivated and skilled Digital Reporter to join the editorial team of one of our core B2B brands, Construction Week Middle East. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Middle East s construction sector and infrastructure industry in the Middle East. As a Digital Reporter, you will play a pivotal role in delivering accurate and engaging digital content to Construction Week Middle East s readers.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Research, write, and edit news articles, features, and interviews related to the construction and infrastructure sector in the Middle East.
  • Optimise and upload content for stronger SEO and Google Indexing
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and events.
  • Conduct interviews with industry experts and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the editorial team to plan and execute content strategies.
  • Manage social media accounts and engage with our audience.
  • Assist in the production of multimedia content such as videos, podcasts, and webinars.
  • Monitor website traffic and user engagement to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of Construction Week Middle Easts digital presence.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of digital reporting experience, preferably in the construction or related industry.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent research and interviewing skills.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
  • Expert knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Passion for the construction and infrastructure sector in the Middle East.
