We are looking for a Typist/Data entry, to perform transaction typing tasks for our Center.
A successful Typist/data entry is responsible for:
- the transaction from A to Z, such as providing the correct response to the client’s inquiry
- checking the documents
- proceed with the transaction on the system
- including the required attached documents till the payment level is done and submitting the transactions.
- If you can type fast and accurately with great skills in welcoming and treating our clients
- Ultimately, you should be able to ensure client transactions are accurate.
- Instant response to client inquiries with full details.
- Clarify everything related to the required transaction to the customer, such as the required documents, fees, and the expected time for completing the transaction.
- Receive & checking the documents required for the transaction and complete the transaction quickly and accurately.
Required Qualifications & skills
- Proven work experience minimum 2 years as a Typist, Data Entry.
- Full, and deep knowledge of Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development - ADDED all transactions.
- Full knowledge of government transactions such as MOHRE, Immigration, Municipality…etc.
- Fast typing skills, Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- The Arabic language is a must, and the English language is required.
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail.
- High school is required.
