Job Description

Responsibilities

Cost Control

  • Monitor the COGs and consumptions closely and generate accurate reports on inventory, sales and stock movement in a timely manner.
  • Extracting F&B sales and reconciling with ERP and analyse GP of each segment & store and timely fixing the major issues, if any.
  • COGS preparation and generation (Production, Transfer, Wastages & Inventory)
  • Apply proper landed costing calculation and define landed cost elements for all imports in the Oracle system.
  • Monthly WAC analysis and fix the average cost issues, if any.
  • Review all BOM created by NPD Department and ensure that the same is accurate and all costing are flowing correctly to the system.
  • Conducts periodical review on bill of material, stock information and advice management on the status.
  • Generate GRN valuation report from Oracle and ensure that all actuals are booked and related GL account balance is cleared on monthly basis.

Inventory Management

  • Maintain the inventory related system by handling article/unit creation, recipe costing and menu items POS updates
  • Ensure monthly physical closing stocks for all locations including outlets, event locations, VAN’s, Warehouse etc are accounted on time.
  • Timely sharing of stock variance report with accurate details for all parlours, events, CPU & all other inventory locations. Ensure that proper closure is done on time with required deductions or necessary approvals.
  • Review all spoilage accounted and ensure that proper documentation is available to support the same. Timely submission of required supporting & cost details to admin team for abnormal incident spoilage claims & ensure all spoilage approvals are obtained as per DOA on time.
  • Ensure that all inventory write off is done based on approvals as per DOA.
  • Conducts spot checking, expiry date checking, run audit on recipes and physical takes
  • Provide cost details, all Inventory / costing related reports & other KPIs. Reconcile and clear the inventory related GLs on monthly basis and ensure inventory module balances are tallied with GL balances.Review the production overhead estimates defined in CPU production module and make necessary changes as required. Provide accurate monthly CPU profitability report to FPA team.
  • Ensure required Oracle system set up & inventory buttons are created in POS for all new additions of CPU & parlours.
  • Identify any gaps in inventory / costing transactions and implement any required process & system improvements / Internal control.

Fixed Asset Management

  • Review of monthly transfers from and to various locations and ensuring proper allocation in the FA register on time.
  • Surprise asset verification and reconciliation with FA register
  • Review of condition and usability of assets in warehouse and taking appropriate action.
  • Leading the fixed asset reconciliation exercise in line with Company policy
