Job Description

- Study the initial scope of work/services in accordance with end-user department requirements.
- Lead the drafting and review of tender documents before releasing them to potential bidders.
- Head the bid evaluation team in preparing clarifications for queries raised by bidders.
- Participate in the technical evaluation of bids.
- Review the accuracy and adequacy of contract documents, including performance bonds, insurances, and bills of quantities.
- Assist in drafting various reports for management concerning disputes, claims, and tender evaluations.
- Evaluate requests for extension of time, variations, and contract amendments.
- Evaluate and negotiate disputes and claims between the company and its contractors.
- Provide support to Senior Contracts Specialists as requested.
- Participate in the training and mentoring of less experienced Qatari employees.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
