Creating purchase orders and tenders through the SAP system.
Examining tenders from English and Arabic sources such as newspapers and websites and informing the team.
Preparing reports for monthly newsletters and coordinating for any company communication requirements
Support the sales team in distributing contract approvals and ensuring they are signed and delivered in a timely manner
