- Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders to facilitate excellence in contractual business relationships.
- Collect and compile legal and compliance information or correspondence in line with the headquarter requirements.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of contract templates, contracts policy, legal risk and liability, and company risk tolerance.
- Document all contractual agreements, amendments, and compliance-related activities accurately and comprehensively.
- Ensure company-wide compliance with contract and regulatory requirements, including governance compliance and legal compliance.
