On behalf of a major infrastructure firm in Dublin, we are looking to hire a Finance Manager.
Our client is at the forefront of innovation in the energy industry, enabling the transition towards a low-carbon, technology-enabled smart future. Given the commencement of a long-term, international project, they are looking to hire a Finance Manager who will provide a key business partnering approach across the Group , ensuring the delivery of key project milestones.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Work closely with a range of technical, legal and engineering disciplines and with our international joint venture partners, managing all cost reporting and budgeting aspects of the project.
- Understand and report monthly on cost performance v budget.
- Cashflow forecasting.
- Build relationship with Project Directors, Project Team, internal and external auditors.
- Regular liaison with joint venture partners on all reporting and performance.
Requirements
- ACA / ACCA qualified accountant with 3+ years PQE.
- Communication skills are an essential component for this role. The successful candidate must have an ability to deal with multiple stakeholders (legal, finance, investors, executive directors, government bodies, etc.).
- Prior experience working on large infrastructure projects is advantageous but not essential.
- Experience project reporting, budgeting and financial control.
