- The Commi II is an essential member of the culinary team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests
- Cleans, cuts, prepares, and cooks meat, fish, or poultry to a safe temperature.
- Prepares and cooks various items according to menus, special dietary or nutritional requirements, or numbers of portions to be served.
- Assist employees with company regulations and procedures.
- Maintain proper temperature of the foods in the buffets and keep the buffet refilled and cleaned.
- Keep the balanced meals incorporate with all the meal items suitable for all the nationalities.
