AM Taxation required in an Education Group based in
Responsibilities -
Manage specific Tax and Compliance related Function
Report Monthly/Quarterly Tax preparation also sharing reconciliation of Companys condition on various Tax matters
Delivering full range of Tax services in compliance with Laws and Regulation within time frame
Ensure accurate and timely filing of consolidated Central/state/local applicable tax returns
Maintain effective control over all aspects of the tax process
Manage and facilitate Tax Audits
Review Tax returns and Tax projections
Qualification -
CA/MBA
Min 5 years of relevant experience in Taxation
Proficient in MS Excel and PPT
