Civil Engineer

Doha, Qatar Responsibilities • Understand the Surface Groundwater / FS networks/TWN Networks andassociated assets • Coordinate with outsourced agenciesfor executing operations and maintenance of Surface Groundwater /FS networks in coordination with the Management Consultants (MC)/contractors. • Plan and program Surface Groundwater/ FSnetworks cleaning programme, repair works on the SurfaceGroundwater/ FS networks • Monitor outsource agencies workschedules, set priorities, and ensure the appropriate assignment ofequipment, materials, and personnel. • Administer,prioritize, and oversee major repairs to Surface Groundwater/ FSnetworks carried out by outsourced contractors, oversee assignmentmaintenance crews to repair Surface Groundwater networks etc. • Monitor all the equipment used to maintain the sewagesystems. • Work proactively with the MC and designconsultants to resolve any design related issues. • Prioritize projects and assign work to outsourced maintenance crewsto repair Surface Groundwater/ FS networks, taking intoconsideration criticality of work to be executed. • Ensurethat incidents / emergencies reported are attended to and resolvedby the maintenance contractors or in-house teams
