JOB PURPOSE
Monitor, supervise, and manage the day-to-day operations with the Advertisement companies for the client, and ensure a smooth running of all contracts, as well as ensure the maximization of the client s revenue from this business line.
i. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on the performance of the Concessionaire;
ii. Monitor the Concessionaire s performance and ensure maximization of its revenue to the client;
iii. Supervise the approvals of the rate cards and ensure that the assets are maintained as per the SLAs;
iv. Oversee and monitor the installation of new assets in accordance to the technical specifications of the client, Dubai Government, and the best international practices;
v. Support the maximization of revenues through but not limited to; brainstorming to generate creative ideas;
vi. Support the Concessionaire in the approval of new advertising concepts that is in accordance to the Dubai s and client s advertisement policies, and the Technical & Safety Requirements;
vii. Resolve any issues that the Concessionaire my face related to the approvals from the client such as CIMP and ACCA;
viii. Support the client in the review of the Business Plan (BP) for the year and the BP related to the Concessionaire;
ix. Engage in resolving any disputes arising with the Concessionaire;
x. Support the Concessionaire during the contractual period with the Naming Rights investors;
xi. Support the client in the issuance of Tenders related to the Section;
xii. Support the client in developing and enhancing the advertising policy;
xiii. Lead and manage the commercial advertisements to increase the client s commercial revenue;
xiv. Manage all commercial products/ services and commercial activities from Non-Fare Revenue (NFR);
xv. Support the Section in preparing a comprehensive advertisement plan according to the advertisement strategy;
xvi. Perform business scenario model analysis and recommend appropriate strategies to the CAS Manager;
xvii. Assist the department in the identification, quantification and management of risks arising from commercial projects during the implementation stage;
xviii. Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as appropriate;
xix. Prepare advertisement strategies and guidelines to support the commercial asset utilization within the client.
Requirements
i. Master s in project management / Business Administration from a recognized university;
ii. 10 years of experience, of which 3 years at least in managing commercial line of businesses including commercial advertisement and OHH advertisement, with proven record of successful management of portfolios. (4-5 years in the big four consultant companies);
iii. Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes;
iv. Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications;
v. Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing;
vi. Resourceful team player who excels at building trustable relationships with customers and colleagues;
vii. Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projects;
viii. Innovative problem-solver who can generate workable solutions and resolve complaints;
