Chief Operating Officer

This is a remote position.

A successful international Tech (B2B + B2C) company is looking for a Chief Operating Officer.

• Ensure successful implementation of the company's strategy through planning, goal setting, effective communication and cooperation with other executives
  
• Manage the Executive team's work on the business goals
  
• Organise and conduct strategic and tactical review sessions, business reviews for the team
  
• Develop new tools for ensuring the effectiveness of the teams
  
• Ensure successful launches of new initiatives within ETG and effectively pass off to other departments as required
  

• 3+ years of leadership roles in technology companies
  
• 3+ years of Investment banking, strategic consulting, or startup experience
  
• Fluent English and Russian (you can comfortably present a strategy to both foreign partners and Russian colleagues, comfortably interact with partners in various intl markets)
  
• Strong leadership and ability to build effective communications with the team
  
• Multitasking skills and ability to operate effectively in ambiguity
  
• Attention to detail; high-level of accountability for the quality of projects
  
• Basic understanding of finance, accounting, and financial modeling
  
• Basic knowledge of product technology processes
