Chief Financial Officer

Responsibilities
• Provide leadership in the development and continuous evaluation of the Company’s short and long-term strategic financial objectives
• Lead rigorous and disciplined annual planning and forecasting process to provide analytical insight and direction to the senior team, while also ensuring that aggressive yet realistic plans are established
• Manage external parties including fund administrator, auditors and tax professionals, and others to ensure accurate, timely and cost-effective reporting for the Funds, the management company, audit completion, tax compliance and delivery of K-1s to owners
• Provide interpretation and analysis of Company cash and fund controls to stakeholders
• Oversee the Company’s tax planning and tax return preparation while providing strategic tax advice that may impact the company's business and proposed ventures
• Manage banking relationships and ensure compliance with covenants
