Job Description
Minimum 2-3 years experience in Call Center. Sales experience is an advantage. Fluent in English or Arabic. Able to communicate fluently, confidently and politely with good speaking skills. Call Center technical skills: CRM, escalation, complaint management, etc. Ready to work in shifts. With valid QID, transferrable visa or under Family visa. • *Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent • *Salary**: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: - Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) • *Education**: - High school or equivalent (required) • *Experience**: - Call Center: 2 years (required) • *Language**: - English (preferred) - Arabic (preferred)
