Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities:
• Analyzing business needs and making sure Epics, Features and User stories are documented, stored, and kept up to date in JIRA / ADO boards.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and IT scrum teams to explain user stories / business requirements.
• Collaborate with Business Stakeholders to effectively document "As Is and "To Be" business process flows.
• Build extensive knowledge of the business operation in order to analyze current work procedures and practices.
• May participate in some systems analysis design sessions to ensure technology solutions meet business needs.
• Collaborate with Business and Technology partners in order to achieve delivery throughout the life cycle of system development.
• Support Business stakeholders in developing and executing the User Acceptance Testing approach and test scenarios.
• Monitor, track and report UAT defects while coordinating with the QA test team for defect remediation.
